CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT $250
Home staging is the art of accentuating the positive features of a home so it will appeal to the widest range of buyers. Staged homes sell faster and for more profit than non-staged homes. The investment in staging if far less than the 1st price reduction of a non-staged home. In this extensive, 1 1/2-2 hour in-home consultation, we examine the house from a buyer's perspective. We begin the process of dis-associating from the home by viewing the entire home using "buyer's eyes". As we work through the home, we will build a detailed list of things to be done to ensure the home appeals to the broadest range of buyers. This service is designed to give all the objective, expert advice needed to do the staging work DIY in the form of a detailed report which includes:
- Recommendations for placement of existing furniture, lighting, and décor to create the best traffic flow and optimize photographs
- Recommendations for inexpensive purchases that will compliment and freshen up your home while it's for sale, and also that you will look forward to using in your new home!
- All the answers plus my "Open House Checklist"
POWER STAGING
Feeling overwhelmed with preparing your home to sell? This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves, and following the detailed Staging Report to start staging the main areas of the home right away. You won't believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own!
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- We will work in your home on an hourly basis as needed.

Accessory Rental
Would you rather leave the accessorizing to us and simply rent the additional items recommended to stage the home beautifully and create those emotional connection areas? Occupied, Supplemental Staging begins with a consultation and a custom staging plan to complement the existing furnishings. We select the perfect companions from our extensive inventory to make sure the important areas really POP and leave a lasting impression! Items used are available to rent on a monthly basis.

Vacant Home staging
It is surprising to most...but, empty rooms appear smaller than they really are, AND, every imperfection is more apparent in a vacant room. Vacant homes can intimidate some buyers, so carefully placed furniture to showcase a room's potential allows the buyer to picture themselves living there.
B Staged Montana will build a custom staging plan to:
- Appeal to broadest range of potential buyers
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment
- Show the buyer how to best utilize the space
- Create an emotional connection to the home...homes are bought on emotion
Options:
Studies have shown the best rooms to stage are: Living Room, Dining Room, Main Bedroom and Bath. All vacant home stages include an in-person preview, design planning, labor for staging and de-staging, plus accessorizing kitchen and up to 1 extra bath and a 30 day agreement. Staging is available to stay beyond 30 days with a month to month rental.

When we feel good, our blood pressure is lower, our heart rate is lower, and our stress levels are lower.
Redesign/Refresh package for 1 room includes Consultation & 2 virtual mood boards $350
Additional help with shopping and installation is also available at an hourly rate
Senior Downsizing
Help with a transition
Many people struggle with moving to a smaller space. With our eye for placement and scale, we've helped seniors make the transition into a smaller living environment with much less stress. We start with a consultation, and learn which items are desired to make the move. We then create a design for the placement of those items by referencing the floor plan of the new space. We will be present on moving day along with your movers to arrange furniture, place decor, and hang art so all you have to do is move in!
Consultation and design planning $250
Moving day placement of furniture and items up to 4 hours $450. Additional time is available at our hourly rate.
*We do not provide moving services, however, we do provide minimal arranging of furniture within the room to achieve the most pleasing layout.
